(5/11/24) Frosty Hollow Trashers @ DreamWorkers

It was officially revenge week as the Trashers continued their road swing as they traveled to Norristown Pennsylvania in Fairview Village to take on the DreamWorkers. Coming off an upsetting defeat in the previous week the Trashers were amped up for this game and get back to their winning ways!

It was a tennis matinee as the players didn’t enter the playing courts until 3:30. This game was played inside the stadium where the fans were stationed behind the glass.

As the lineups were being presented, it was said that during introductions a stink bomb went off on the courts. The smell was vivid and stuck to the courts for a true home court advantage.

It was Andy Olson and Bill Burger who struck the stadium scoreboard first on revenge night with 3 points directly off the hop. Tarik Bassal then added 4. With the score now 7-0, Ben Pinter sent away the home crowd with 5 more points as they headed for the exits. Dmitry Belov and Andrew Humphreys (making his Trasher debut) smashed in another 4 points on the evening. Humphreys is another one of the Trashers great offseason signings. It was then Zach McGowan and Lance Shaffer on the court with the shutout on the line. They closed it out with another 5 points to seal the deal. 

There you have it! A 21-0 shutout for the Trashers on revenge night!
