Frosty Hollow Trashers @ Old School

The Trashers continued their road swing as they took a trip to Montgomery County to take on the team “Old School” at the Upper Dublin Sports Center.

It was a miserable and rainy afternoon but all that didn’t affect action on the courts because this game was played indoors.

It was fairly quiet inside the stadium and all you heard was the loud bangs of the tennis ball and the rain smacking on the ceiling.

Dave Leno and Tarik Bassal played the Singles Positions. The Doubles Positions were set by Bob Hawley and Randy Swadlow, Dmitry Belov and Lance Shaffer, and Bill Burger and Jelani Lay.

The courts were kept close but at games finish, the Trashers were defeated. They got swept 21-0.

They’ll continue to work on their games and look forward to getting back on track. The Trashers are going into a Bye Week next so they are going to use that as more practice days.

We're going to be honest with the haters! We don't care what you think. We want our team to be tough. You know what you have to do. You know our philosophy! 

We (Trashers) don't get pushed around. That doesn't happen here. We stick up for each other. That's the Trasher mentality. Trasher Tough!
