Topspins Average Joes @ Frosty Hollow Trashers

It was a scorching hot day as the Trashers welcomed the Topspins Average Joes to town. With the Trashers already out of playoff contention on the season they were out playing spoiler and finishing off the season in a good way.

The trashcan mascots were sitting court side.

Dmitry Belov and Mark Shaffer were in the Singles Positions.

Dave Leno and Lance Shaffer, Randy Swadlow and Tarik Bassal, and Bill Burger and Carlos Araujo were in the Doubles Positions.

It was Randy Swadlow and Tarik Bassal who made noise first by scoring 4 points. From there, Mark Shaffer made more noise by scoring another 4 points. With the score 8-0, the Average Joes we’re looking for a punch back. The Average Joes came back to tie it up at 8-8 which made for intense action! It all came down to a doubles court. Dave Leno and Lance Shaffer made some more noise as they closed out a victory by scoring 5 points and gave the Trashers a Win!

13-8 was the final score and the home crowd on hand was delighted.
