(6/22/24) DreamWorkers @ Frosty Hollow Trashers

The Frosty Hollow Trashers welcomed another team from Norristown Pennsylvania; The DreamWorkers!

The Trashers are in a tight division and are currently in second place in the standings. With the playoffs on the line in a must win game the Trashers sent out players to the courts in a white out. A full week of unnecessary drama from another team out of Kinetix made this matchup an instant classic. Then, the DreamWorkers only wanted to play three courts! It wasn’t just a dream!

The Starters for the Trashers on this scorching hot day were

S2: Andrew Humphreys

D1: Zach McGowan/ Lance Shaffer

The Trashers jumped out with a 7-0 lead. With the heat on the courts bringing in high temps, it was Zach McGowan and Lance Shaffer who torched through their opponents for 5 more points! Aaron Gray decided to add another 5 in the sun! With the score now 17-0, it was Andrew Humphreys in on the save and the sweep! He lit a fire and did the job! 4 more points!

A SWEEP!

The Trashers went out and did their job. With only 1 game remaining in the regular season (besides an important Singles Court from the Kinetix Great Guys) the Trashers are looking to stamp their ticket into the playoffs. They are the talk of the town!

As the season comes to a close, a particular bully captain is attempting to use some sneaky tactics to acquire unearned points from the Trashers that’ll put them in the running for the playoffs. We say: let’s handle this on the court like men and see who will take out the Trash!

Come out and cheer them on next week in the regular season finale where they are going to have a white out! The playoffs are on the line!
